Renaiss made its name in the spring with limited drops that sold out in minutes. The last two months have looked very different. No limited drop is running right now, and the news has been about verification, distribution and partnerships rather than new machines.
The card machine goes to Korea
Today Renaiss announced its "TCG card machine" app is live on the testnet of GIWATER, a decentralized exchange in the GIWA ecosystem, the Ethereum L2 backed by Upbit operator Dunamu. It is the first Korean DEX to adopt it.
Renaiss is supplying its Proof of Fair randomness standard along with third-party-verifiable card inventory custody. Both sides say they plan to expand into DeFi, RWA and collectibles, and Renaiss will be at Korea Blockchain Week. To be clear, this is Renaiss infrastructure running on someone else's testnet, not a chain migration. The platform itself remains on BNB Chain.
Every PANDORA pack is now "Provably Fair"
Renaiss's gacha pages now brand each machine as "Provably Fair Odds, Verified on-chain by Renaiss Fair." Before each drop, a Merkle-root fingerprint of the card pool is published on-chain, so buyers can check after the fact that the pool they pulled from was the pool that was committed.
The mechanism was introduced in a late-August Discord session titled "Inside Renaiss Fair," under what Renaiss calls a Renaiss Improvement Proposal for provably fair randomness. Exact publication dates for the standard are hard to pin down from public sources, but the branding is live on every machine.
What's live right now
The always-on PANDORA lineup, verified on the site this week, all with 85% instant buyback:
- PANDORA 28: $28, EV $30.63. Top prize a Charizard EX at $581. Tier odds are S 2%, A 1%, B 12%, C 85%. Chase cards named in the launch post include Red's Challenge ($606), Bilingual Exeggutor ($601) and Taipei's Pikachu ($336).
- PANDORA 48: $48, EV $51.84. Top prize a Slowking Holo at $1,300.
- PANDORA 88: $88, EV $96.31. Co-branded "created with Collector Crypt."
- PANDORA 248: $248, EV around $271 to $274. Top prize around $6,145, also co-branded with Collector Crypt. A Primal Groudon EX Full Art chase valued at $5,140 was added at some point this summer.
The $150 Eden Pack (EV $154.50) is listed as restocking. Lending, borrowing and a leaderboard are all marked as coming soon. A separate 1,000-pack Genesis Pack sold out earlier in the summer, with soulbound tokens recorded on-chain for buyers.
One fee change worth knowing from Renaiss's Chinese-language account: card trading fees moved from 2% of fair market value (minimum 1 USDT) to a flat 2 USDT per card. We could not confirm the date.
Renaiss Index
On July 30, Renaiss opened a closed alpha for something called the Renaiss Index. Filling in the early-access form grants "Renaiss Index Pioneer" status, which is said to count toward future rewards. What the Index actually is has not been described publicly. There is no Renaiss token; rewards to date have been points and soulbound tokens.
Context
Renaiss raised $1.5 million in June in a round led by YZi Labs, with Gate Ventures, Hash Global, XIN Family and Redline Labs. At the time it claimed more than $20 million in turnover over about six months and 260,000-plus users, and described itself as the number one RWA project on BNB Chain. The platform launched in alpha in November 2025 and is still labelled open beta.
What to watch
Whether the GIWATER integration moves from testnet to mainnet, whether the Renaiss Index turns into something concrete, and whether the limited drops return now that the always-on PANDORA machines carry the verified-odds branding. No new machine launch has been announced since the summer.
